Luthier Supplies is a collection of materials I created in the process of building violins. I set a formula for siccative oil boiling metals salts into Linseed oil and combining with Lavender oil and aerating to a honey consistency. I used this formula to create my oil varnish and combined the siccative oil with elements of White Copal/Colophony and Turpentine. It is a slightly slow drying intrument varnish theat should be applied in thin coats and allowed 24 to 48 hours between coats for proper curing. Comes in clear and a variety of colored varnishes.
